Hi. I'm Tyresha Brown-O'Neal. I'm a licensed, practicing attorney, entreprenuer, minister and community advocate.
Tyresha Brown-O’Neal holds many titles. Attorney, Mother. Pastor, Magistrate and Entrepreneur. She is a devoted mother to her teenager daughter, Payton. She always makes time for her no matter how busy she is. This is important when choosing and attorney and business partner because you want someone who understands work/life balance because no person is one thing. Tyresha graduated with a bachelors degree in Political Science from the Wilberforce University, Xenia, Ohio, Summa Cum Laude in 2003. Tyresha went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2008. Tyresha opened up her boutique firm in downtown Cleveland immediately upon passing the bar in 2009. For the last 12 years the Law Office of Tyresha Brown O'Neal has specialized in criminal defense, family law, landlord tenant law and small business solutions. Tyresha has served on numerous committees throughout the city including CMBA 3Rs, Women in the Law, Various Judicial Selection Committees. Tyresha wrote for the Journal of Law and Health in Law School as well as hosting several CLEs including “Hip-Hop and the Law”. Tyresha remains committed to servicing all your legal needs.
Tyresha has always had an entrepreneurial zeal and in 2012 opened a small clothing boutique in Cleveland.
In 2018 Tyresha accepted the call to ministry and became a Pastor at Faith Baptist Church in Euclid, Ohio.
In 2019 Tyresha accepted a part-time position as a Magistrate at Euclid Municipal Court while still maintaining her private practice.
In March, 2020 in the middle of the pandemic Tyresha once again ventured to follow God's call on her life and founded Elevation Nation Ohio, LLC. Like her commitment to serving the community that raised and molded her, Elevation Nation is a financial firm dedicated to economic advancement of minorities. The company is committed to elevating the financial, emotional, spiritual and overall wellness of its members through thought sharing, master classes , introductory stock tips, credit repair and much more.
